Scheduled Integrations are Stuck and Running for Very Long Time

Summary:

Hi,

We have many scheduled integration which calls a child integration for performing a task.

We observed that many times these schedulers are stuck in OIC and they are in in-progress for many hours and not moving. Here are the below asks

  1. Is there a way to monitor this stuck schedulers particularly ? Any API or script ?
  2. What would be the cause of this issue and how we can mitigate it ?
