Scenario:

3 HRBP within company, who is involved and responsible for all resignation actions, etc.

Each HRBP have specific departments at random from 245 departments.

3 Organization Hierarchies created, whereas the relevant departments are specified for which each HRBP is responsible for e.g., HRBP 1 Organization Hierarchy, HRBP 2 Organization Hierarchy and HRBP 2 Organization Hierarchy

3 custom Assignment Responsibility Lookups created.

3 AOR templates created whereas Hierarchy Type and Hierarchy Name is specified under Scope of Responsibility, and each AOR linked/assigned to each specific HRBP

Requirements is:

When employee resign, 1st level approval Line Manager, 2nd level approval to be the specific AOR, which is responsible for the department, in which the employee is, that is submitting the resignation.
