Ampere 1 core and Redis

Summary:

I am trying to connect to a redis instance remotelly without any luck.

I am hosting it in a ubuntu machine, Ampere 1 core, on Oracle Cloud.

I followed innumerable tutorials but still can't connect to it.

Content (required):

I removed the bind to localhost (commented out), added a password, set protected-mode to no.

I also configured my ufw to allow connections to the 6379 port
