Different serial control child assets have different behavior during work execution return parts.

Summary:

We have a requirement where a subassembly item with its child components comes for repair and then in MNT WO execution we may return one of the child components (got damaged) and issue out a new child component.

My observations are: 

 1. Can not return child item if it is Serial at Dynamic Inv Rec. Getting the below error.

 2. Can return child item if it is Serial at WO/SO issue

Could you please confirm this?
