Transfer inventory from a forward stocking location to techs

Summary: Transfer Inventory from forward stocking location

Content (required): We have a requirement for techs to be able to pull inventory from a forward stocking location to add to their van stock. I know that collaboration allows for transfer of inventory from one tech to another but it is more of a push from tech A to be accepted by tech B. Is it possible to give techs the ability to pull stock from a common forward stocking location. I was thinking of creating a Truck resource with all the inventory for this to be the common stock but not sure if it
