Few Project templates are unable to view while creating projects

Content (required):

Hi Team ,

Few Project templates are unable to show in the LOV while creating projects . Please let me know if any missing config.

Ex : I have created Temp A ,TEMP B ,Temp C . While creating projects, Im able to view only Templ A and Templ B and not able to view Templ C.

Same Plan type is appended to all the templates .
