BIP: how to obtain the link to access at a BIP report with the BIP menu (tools) hidded

We would like to give access to the Recruiters (depending on their role) to a specific BIP report.

But we don't want them to see and access to all the menu

But we don't want them to see and access to all the menu (home, catalog....)

We found the solution for OBTI: add "Pages", for example

before:
