Summary:

We are loading safety stock(SS) using FBDI template in the targeted mode. Let us say we have uploaded SS for orgs O1,O2 and O3 . Next if we do targeted upload of SS using FBDI for say just org O1 , then instead of deleting the SS for just O1 and replacing it with the new data in the file we noticed that the process is deleting the SS for O2 and O3. This issue has started since 21D .In the previous release this did not happen and we have documented that so why has this functionality changed?
