Missing audit object attribute in AFC

Summary:

An attribute under the object 'Audit - System Options' is available in RMC but not in Audit Policies.

Content (required):

The RMC Object 'Audit - System Options' includes an attribute titled 'Allow Payment of Unrelated Transactions New', but that attribute is not listed under 'System Options' in the Manage Audit Policies task nor in the Audit Reports work area. I am wondering how the RMC object has extra attributes configured and how this attribute is tracked through the control. By enabling the audit policy to start tracking, how will it track this attribute?
