Issue with project task hierarchy on BIP report

Summary:

The same report is displaying the task hierarchy differently in test and prod environments

Content (required):

The same report, migrated from one environment to another, is displaying the correct task number hierarchy for parent tasks in one environment, but displays the child task numbers in Parent Task column in another environment. I believe the issue is not with the report itself, but with the configurations/updates of PPM tables.

Does anyone have any input on that?

P.S The issue started occuring recently, the report used to represent the data correctly in both environments before.
