Offering - Enrolling and Launching

Summary:

I'm really struggling with what the next step is for learners. Once they select "Enroll" in the offering they receive this screen. Behind the scenes approval rules run but even after refreshing the screen, the launch button for the SCORM doesn't display. It's very unclear what the learner is supposed to do from here. This is a screen shot of my experience after getting the notification that I was approved. If I back out and go to my current learning it works, but this just seems like too much work for the learner. Why doesn't the launch button appear on
