Could not configure CBCR automation to populate data in CBCR report

Content (required):

Our TRCS gets data from FCCS. We tried following approach with Oracle support help:

(1) using cbcr automation to map each cbcr categories to the existing defined account sources: either not right data or no data.


(2) using create&manage - dimension to add cbcr attribute value to some accounts (legacy way) then mapping corresponding account source in cbcr automation: still no data.

How other customers use TRCS cbcr? what is the best practice to configure and maintain cbcr feature? Do we need update the fccs/trcs account hierarchy to fit the cbcr categories below:
