How to create Parameterized HCM Extracts which is linked with BIP Report?

Hello, We have a requirement to load a data using HDL by getting a data from HCM Extracts which is also linked to BIP report. We have achieved this without any parameter of BIP report, but now we have faced a challenge to include a bind variable parameter from data model (BIP Report) to HCM extract so that we can able to run based on the value selected from list of values. Please any help can be appreciated.
