SCROM Mastery Score

Hello,
My company is using an outside vendor, DSS for safety courses and they provided me with SCROM files to upload. Per our company guidelines, the mastery score in the SCROM file has been set to 80% but when our learners complete the course, the course isn't allowing them to pass unless it is 100%. Any ideas?
