Loading Oracle ERP cloud data in VBCS business objects using different REST endpoints

Hi Team,

We have requirement to fetch data from Oracle ERP cloud to VBCS page and apart from that we need to maintain few custom columns in VBCS page which user can enter and save.

For this requirement , can we call REST API to get oracle ERP cloud data and store in VBCS business object columns along with custom columns which user populated in VBCS page.

We need use this business object consists all seeded and custom column information in OIC integration. Please let me know if any issues with this approach.
