How does the Burden Schedule Override work?
I tried creating a Burden Schedule Override at the project level.
You get the option to:
· Assign the schedule to new tasks only
· Assign the schedule to all tasks
· Assign the schedule to tasks with previously assigned schedule
A few questions here:
The first two options are obvious.
What does the 3rd one (Assign the schedule to tasks with previously assigned schedule) do?
Also, what does the Fixed Date option do?
1. Now, after an override has been established at Project or task level, how do we recalculate cost with the new burden schedule?
