Summary:

Dear Experts,

WE have recently been aware of the fact that Oracle Fusion do not currently have the functionality to archive images of documents produced by the same ERP (PO’s, Invoices, SO’s, Billing docs, etc).

That being said, for every single document/form that system generates and saves today, two years down the road if same document needs to be printed it will be printed only in the latest version/format available in the ERP, meaning that original version will be lost and I will eventually be printing something completely different from the original.

Do Oracle provides any functionality across solutions to safe keep the external facing document (PO, Invoices, Bill of lading, sales order) generated by Oracle?
