We wanted to restrict users from applying to a job if they have rejected another job offer at the company for a year, when the year count will start from the day they rejected the previous offer. How can we do this?

We need a way to pull candidates previous job offer statuses(if any) and disqualify candidates/restrict them from applying based on that.
