Seeing inconsistent summary information regarding numbers of employees showing as Not Started on an offering, and the returned names that have booked on the offering.

This is causing difficulty for the Learning Admin Team, is it appears that there are missing employees, not being listed as booked on the offering

My Client Groups - Learning - Learners: Learning Assignments - search for Learning Item Title - search

Under one offering, we see the results as follows:

Learner Results: Not Started = 12. Returned list of names = 11

(screenshot attached)

Is there possibly a process that we need to be running in order to ensure that numbers of 'Not Started'/returned names are in sync, or possibly an alternative method to search for such information?
