Hello Guys,

We'd like to have more clarification about the CSP, in particular the HR phase and State.

As you can see in the attachment, within the HR phase there are several states (according the standard CSP) and we'd like to understand when an employee can be within state "Pending Manual Processing" and "Processing in progress". In particular, with 2 candidates we selected the action "Move to HR" and we found two different states: for one candidate we hade "HR - pending manual processing", for the other one "HR - processing in progress". What are the differences between the two states?
