Data Load Rule with Export Mode is Loading only One Record instead of Two in Data Management

Summary:

We have an integration to load Oracle GL data to Planning Cloud. I came across an issue in Data Management that out of two records for a statistical account only one is being exported to Planning Cloud. One record is in USD currency and one one in STAT currency. I expect both records to be added and pushed to Planning Cloud. However, that is not the case. Only one record is being exported to Planning Cloud (STAT).

There are 2 records imported to the Workbench in Data Management as expected. Export Mode for Data Rule is set to "Store". After I execute the rule and pull data from Planning Cloud it shows the value of one record (not the sum of two) (see the print screen below). If I use drill-through on this value it shows both records but the result does not match what was loaded to Planning Cloud.
