VM DB System, lost /u01 mount after restart

Summary:

Created an VM DB System in an Oracle Internal tenancy on 07-Apr.

after that 12-Apr, it got rebooted, how it got reboot is we are not getting, as no one initiated it.

However till reboot is okay, but after the mount /u01 is lost, and and it's not shown in disk fragments also.

Which was actually their before.


After a restart from OCI console, I was able to get it back..


Issue seems solved, but anyone have clue, what might be the reason for this, why it happened.
