LAST_UPDATE_DATE incorrect for PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL - Creates issue for BICCC incremental loads

Has anyone faced th issue where the LAST_UPDATE_DATE is not being updated for PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL/PurchasingDocumentDistributionExtractPVO even when the data is updated in it?

The LAST_UPDATE_DATE is not being updated properly for PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL table even when the data is changing in it. This is causing issues while trying to extract the chnaged/updated data from PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.

PO_LINES_ALL shows that a PO has the line created on 06-Feb-22. Later this PO Line is cancelled on 16-Mar-22. PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL shows that a PO has the line created on 06-Feb-22.And when it was created the QUANTITY_CANCELLED was 0. Once the line was cancelled then the QUANTITY_CANCELLED was updated to 11 but the LAST_UPDATE_DATE still shows 07-Feb-22 in this table.
