Summary of the question:
In OFS there is a suspend functionality. In this whenever a Tech/dispatcher clicks on the Suspend button while performing the Job. In this the current activity status will be suspended and one duplicate activity will be created with the same WO info but having different activity id.
In OFS we are having the activity status is Suspended but I think we don’t have the same status in b2b. I think b2b is also not supporting the duplicate work orders.
