We have raised use case 1 for the requirement.

The requirement is to stop employees/Managers(second level) submitting the Resignation or Termination of the employee respectively when the Line Manger of the employee is Inactive.

We tried to apply the rule under Resignation and Termination area, but we were not able to refer to the Line Manager record. So we had to write the Logic in When and Why section.
