As of 22A Opportunity Marketplace is available to replace Current Jobs in Oracle Recruiting and provides a personalized, modern user experience for internal mobility. OM includes a new search experience that begins directly in the jobs & gigs list which is automatically sorted by opportunities that are recommended for the user, as well as updates the user experience for browsing the job list, filtering and finding jobs. This will also be the new destination to view job or gig applications and associated status, offers, interviews and referrals in a consolidated user-friendly view.

Beginning in 23B, Opportunity Marketplace will be the default internal mobility experience, replacing Current Jobs (ICE).
