Is there a way to migrate customisations to a not blank production environment?

Summary:

We are already partially live with Core HR, Absence, Talent and ORC which means we already have existing HCM Design Studio rules, Autcomplete rules and custom Security roles in production.

We are now going live with Payroll and Expenses and there are multiple changes and additions to the above.

Is there a way to migrate customisations on to an already live environment (i.e. not blank environment)?
