ATP - NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource

Summary:

"NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource" but the service is running.

Content (required):

Hi, I got a message "NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource." when I try to list my Autonomous Database on OCI.

The database is up, but I can't restart from OCI Web Interface.

At OCI Status (https://ocistatus.oraclecloud.com/) there is no related problem.

I'm not using adblock as mentioned in a previous post. And I tried on Chrome and Brave browsers.


How to fix it?

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

OCI Autonomous Database - Transacting Processing, Always Free, São Paulo Region, root compartment without VCN.
