Generate Burden Costs is not picking up expenditure to create summarized burden expenditure

Summary: Generate Burden Costs is not picking up expenditure to create summarized burden expenditure

Content (required): We have setup to create separate expenditure item for burden transactions and completed all burden related setups. When we create an expenditure (From Unprocessed UI), it gets created successfully and i am also able to view the burden cost details. After this, when i run the Generate Burden Costs, system is not picking this up to create burden transactions.

Is there any other pre-requisite before we run Generate Burden Costs?
