Sent messages are not populating in the TEST OBN portal

Hello experts,

Recently our vendor had changed the punchout URL, and we wanted to test this out by replacing the old URL with the new one in the lower pod before moving it to production. We were able to configure it and submit a few requisitions/POs through the new punchout catalog. But the sent messages are not being populated in the TEST OBN portal.

Please let us know your comments if there is any configuration that needs to be checked on the connectivity of OBN with the lower pods and how we can test the scenario in this case.
