EPM Automate createGroups error

Summary:

Unable to use createGroups in epmautomate to create groups in bulk

Content (required):

When using the createGroups command of epmautomate (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/cepma/epm_auto_create_groups.html), I get the following error

EPMAT-1:Failed to add groups. File does not have valid header. Please provide a valid header in file.


I have tried creating the csv file from the documentation sample and it still won't work. Is this a documentation failure and a different header is expected? Any help would be appreciated.
