Try to use REST API PUT /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/accounts/{PartyNumber} to update the ParentAccountPartyId for the sales account.

It errors:

Attribute Party Number in Account is required.

Attribute ConflictId in Account is required.

Attribute Sales Account Number in Account is required.

Attribute Registry ID in Account is required.

Attribute Country in Account is required.

Although the payload contains the data for those listed attributes
