Is there a way to offer employees referral rewards in ORC, such as physical gifts or PTO/Bonuses?

I have a customer who has asked about implementing an employee referral program where they could reward employees with event tickets, iPads, or PTO for referring employees to job requisitions. Has anyone had a similar requirement? If so, what was the solution?
