Summary:

Hello! It appears I'm in the same boat with many others who have their account but are stuck at the provisioning stage.

Content (required):

It has been nearly 24 hrs since signup and I'm still waiting for the "15 minute" period to receive the email confirming my account access.

I am attempting to spin up this account as a proof of concept and am facing a deadline. The advertised timelines for OCI are "minutes" but it appears the common experience is actually "days". This does not bode well for my customers considering OCI.

The console still shows "...being set up":


Attempts to upgrade to PAYG are not available due to provisioning:
