Smart List display as data

Hi all

We have an issue where we have a smart list displaying data in SV for some reason.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?

I am not sure how to resolve it, as when I look at the "number" format in Excel I see "number". I believe it should be "Text" no?

Any recommendations are welcomed.
