Particular PO not showing up on the OBN portal
Sometimes the client faces an issue with one of the particular PO through punchout requisition, where the communication to the vendor is not being sent successfully and the related PO is not visible in the OBN portal. Whereas, the other POs get transmitted successfully.
Could you please let us know if this is a known issue or if any leads were any other clients faced this issue? Please share your thoughts on what can be done here.
