JS console error in Cookbook - table Select columns

Summary: Hello, I was exploring the option to use table select columns and I see an error when I click on the menu many option

Error calculating initial value of variable event of : Cannot assign a primitive value to a target with 'object' type.

I am not sure where the error is thrown as the value is set in menu value
