we are looking for a clear process of to Purge files from UCM server uploaded by import/export, appreciate if any one of you can provide some ideas

also, is there any automatic purge process out of the box? we need to know this as we will be uploading several files and want to ensure we know what is the volume UCM server can hold( may be 1000), is there any performance issue for high volume of files in the UCM server and what will be best practice to back up or purge files from there
