Summary: On the Requisition line entry page, when we try to lookup for a category, the system uses 'Starts With' as the default search operator. Let's say that the user is not very sure on the category and wishes to use the advanced search by using the magnifying glass icon and clicking on the advanced button. In the advanced search window, the system again defaults the operator as 'Starts with' for all the attributes. It would be lot better if the default operator is 'Contains' as logically, we would visit/use the advanced search page only if we are not sure of
