Mobile Guide

We are currently using circa 80 guides, and have been using OGL since June 2020.

Undertaking initial attempt at creating a guide with the *Mobile Guide* option ticked (screenshot 3. on attached). We are looking to encourage uptake use of Oracle via mobile, and want to be able to maintain the current user experience of using OGL when interacting with Oracle.

Example being worked on is based upon an employee entering an absence, via Me >Time and Absences >Add Absence.

  • Guide prompts user to to click on the 'Me' tab.
  • Next step in the guide prompts user to click on the 'Time and Absences' tile
