Cannot modify disabled instance
A couple weeks ago, my instance abruptly was shut down. Logging into the Oracle Cloud UI and attempting to start the instance, I get the following error:
"Unable to start instance: Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.iad.anuwcljtcpccrpictjf4fcp34n4mepqnsvtg63mme7u237jwroq4m7pczrza is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."
After speaking to rep A on the phone who sent me to online support chat rep B who sent me to another online support chat rep C, all of them have said the next person can help me. The last person told me to email the general Oracle help email which told me to email another Oracle support team which seemed to be an invalid email.
