REST API to Approve/Reject PR and PO

Summary:

Is there any Webservice REST/SOAP we can use to update the final approval status of the PR or PO?

Content (required):

For integration purposes with external Applications the PR and PO creation will be done on Fusion, while the actual approval workflow will be running on 3rd party application.

Requirement: Once we receive the feedback (Approve/Reject) from the 3rd party application then we need to update the PR or the PO with the corresponding approval status.

Is there any Webservice REST/SOAP we can use to update the final approval status of the PR or PO?
