Single Sign On (SSO) Changing Password via RF/Handheld

Summary:

We recently switched all of our permanent employees using WMS over to SSO, most of which only use an RF/handheld. Currently there is no way to notify the user when their PW is close to expiring or ability to change it on these devices. Most of these users do not have a company email address or use a computer. We are able to notify those using the UI via the Azure app.

We were wondering if anyone else had this issue and how it was solved.

Content (required):

The only workaround we have is to set up an automated email to all of the supervisors reminding them to have their employees change their passwords, however this is still problematic as these people are working in the warehouse and computers are not readily available to them. When we switched over, each employee had to use their supervisor's laptop to sign in and change their PW. Continuing to do it this way is a huge loss in productivity.

Howdy, Stranger!
