Integration Oracle Commerce Cloud with CPQ Cloud?

Is there a process of storing child items of Configurable product in Commerce Cloud?

For eg: If laptop is parent product(Product Model) the RAM, Processor, and Warranty are its child items, then how do we store these child items in OCC?

(This parent items and its children are present in CPQ Cloud.)

In case we are storing Configurable Products(parent and its child items) in OCC, How will we integrate Order Management System?

Referring to document integrate with commerce (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/22a/ccint/index.html) in 

7th Section Integrate with Oracle Order Management Cloud inside Perquisites-> Assumptions the last points mentions that
