Summary:

Currently, lower environments have two clusters and the OSF version is v3.0.0, however, in production, we have only one cluster at present, therefore we would like to understand if there's a need to add an additional cluster before upgrading the OSF version of the production to 3.0.0 (since v3.0.0 is the version required to run the multicluster env)?
