Debug in APEX code

Hi,

We have done a social sign in integration with Azure AD.We have called a function in the Post Authentication event.We need to debug and see as part of development when the control comes in this PL/SQL function. The question is how should I provide the debug messages and where can I see it?

Please suggest.
