Create a zip file as an output for data load rule job

Current output available for data load rule is a text file, large files generated are timing out when being transferred using OIC REST API. Allowing creation of zip files to create smaller output files will help address the timeout error encountered when transferring files via OIC rest API

Allowing creation of zip files as an output of data load rule jobs to create smaller output files will help address the timeout error encountered when transferring files via OIC rest API
