How can an Approver Edit Work Confirmation submitted by Supplier for Approval

Need functionality or option for an Approver to Edit the Work Confirmation to Amend the Work Completion progress amount or percentage provided by Supplier on the Work Confirmation

We have a requirement from the business that whenever a Work Confirmation is submitted by the Supplier from Supplier Portal for the Complex Work Purchase Order, the Approver should be able to Edit or Amend the submitted Work Confirmation to make the required changes in completion amount or percentage of work completion.

However, when the Approver clicks on the Work Confirmation request number hyperlink from the Approval Notification, there are no options or actions available on the page of Work Confirmation and the Approver is just able to see the details of the Work Confirmation.
