Why are my Visa Categories not populating when I select the Visa Type.

Summary: When trying to add Visa Types and Categories using the Responsive UI, my categories are not populating once I have chosen the type. I have added the categories in Manage Extended Lookup Codes, in the Visa Permit Type section, but they still will not populate. Am I missing a step, maybe a scheduled process that needs to run?

The values actually show when using the Classic view and adding the information on the Person/Documents page, but our users do not use the Classic view . Also, I am trying to set this up for the United States employees, but it already exists for Canada employees, and the Type/Categories lookups works as expected. I tried to duplicate the Canada configuration but still not able to get the United States category values to populate.

Howdy, Stranger!
