Tenancy inactive after mouth free tier

After the month of the free trial period, I am unable to use my account because it has been deactivated

After a month, my always free resources stopped working, and my tenancy became inactive. What can I do with this?

Additionally, I am not able to do any operations on the account (including editing any parameters) due to the fact that tenancy is inactive.
